INQUIRING

Firstly get the production prices according to your request. You can do it by filling online inquiry form or contacting our managers. We clarify all the details (product type, packaging, quantity, price, etc.) by e-mail. Do not forget to specify if you wish to receive the production in Vilnius or it shall be sent to another city or country.

FILING IN THE DOCUMENTS

1. Please send the legal details of the customer that the manager would be able to enter Your order into the system and conclude an agreement (the customer can be a natural person or a legal entity);

2. You can fill in a production order by registering in our system or discuss your order with a manager who can do it for you.

3. Before signing an order form and the agreement, read them carefully once again and make sure that all data is correct.

PAYMENT

1. For new customers the prepayment is applied.
   

2. You can pay the invoice by making a bank transfer to bank accounts specified below.
   

3. All the bank transfer costs shall be covered by a customer. Payment is considered to have been made when the amount of the payment is actually received by BOD Group.

MASTER PREPARATION

• Are you preparing the master by yourself? Read the following Requirements for Data Submission.
• If you need a professional help, we can offer you our authoring services.
• How to deliver a master?
  1. You can record your material to physical CD-R/DVD-R disc and send it to our address: Linkmenu str. 25, Vilnius, Lithuania.
  2. According to the material submission requirements, you can upload the material to our FTP server. The FTP access details shall be provided to you personally.

DESIGN PREPARATION

• Are you creating the artwork by yourself? Download the appropriate package and disc templates.
• If you cannot provide your own artwork, we may offer you professional graphic design services.
• How to deliver a design?
  1. You can send the design files to your manager in Adobe (PDF) or CorelDRAW (CDR) formats;
  2. According to the material submission requirements, you can upload the design to our FTP server. The FTP access details will be provided to you personally.

After all the steps mentioned above, our team is ready to begin the production process.

Production process of CD/DVD/Blu-ray discs and printed parts

When your artwork is received, our designers check if it is suitable for further production process – whether resolutions of the text and logos are suitable, whether layout complies with the relevant transcripts, etc. If any discrepancies or doubts appear, we immediately contact the customer and clarify details. The design suitable for printing is transferred to printing house.

Meanwhile, your physical master or data uploaded to FTP server is passed to the production department which commences the below described production process.

Packaging

The discs are packed into the selected package along with the printed parts. The final product may be cello-wrapped, labelled with the required stickers, cards, holograms, etc.

Finally, the production is packed into the boxes and prepared for delivery according to the requested address.
